JIVA HOUSES
Jiva houses is a residential-commercial mixed project located in Burhaniye district of Balıkesir, just in front of Burhaniye-Iskele marina. The project stands out with both sea and Ida Mountains views.

Pointed bricks enhance the facade and presence of a new housing and retail project in Romainville
Paris-based PietriArchitectes has completed Le Totem, a housing project and four shops in Romainville, a town in the eastern suburbs of Paris. A facade of light-colored, specially shaped pointed bricks gives the building a textured and crafted appearance, enhancing its presence.

Part of a 36-acre masterplan, Shree Town by Sanjay Puri Architects is a self-sufficient housing project in the Raipur, Chhattisgarh region of India developed to house personnel of a regional cement plant. The project is situated 3 km from the closest small city and in an open landscape area.
Drawing from the organic housing layouts of historic Indian cities and villages, the project responds sustainably to climate while incorporating colour and cultural responses.

Sculptural ceramic volumes integrate new apartment building by Archea Associati into its Lake Maggiore context
On the banks of Lake Maggiore and a site once occupied by the headquarters of the ceramic company Pozzi-Gino, this new housing project by Archea Associati references its site history and surrounding urban fabric with a concept featuring chequerboard patterns, courtyard formations, and striking volumes clad with fragmented blue-ceramic tile.
