Set within the evolving urban fabric of Hyderabad, the regeneration of Durgam Cheruvu reimagines the lake as a performative urban landscape that is an immersive oasis aiming to reconnect the city with its ecological and geological roots. Conceived as a dialogue between nature and urban life, the project transforms an underutilized natural asset into a vibrant public realm that enables recreation, culture, and collective experience. At its core, the intervention is driven by the idea that design must emerge from the site itself, responding to its terrain, water systems, and existing biodiversity to create a seamless integration between the built and the natural.

A global lux aesthetic that meets abundant sun and an eye-full of lush greens! The Regency is a luxury residence crafted by F+S Designs spread across 5,400 SFT in Hyderabad. Subtle hues marry understated elegance in this home. The bold colour-blocked marble initiates the narrative while the deep open-pore woods and discreet whites add nuance and poetry. Seeking to establish an Indian headquarter in the city of Hyderabad, Slayback Pharma wanted a vibrant office space to house 40 of its employees. The American Start-up Pharma Company, Slayback required a contemporary, corporate setting that would reflect a lively and happening office space while maintaining formality necessary for its day-to-day functioning.
