10 Degrees House
This fabulous dwelling stands in the middle of gently narrowed and sloped parcel of land of exceptional natural beauty located in the bucolic countryside near Ibiza Town. The house was conceived to function as a family retreat for those who might choose an active social life so typical of the Ibizian lifestyle while respecting the privacy of the residents. As a result, a flexible and dynamic multiplicity of spaces was the key focus of this design. The V-shaped house is composed of two main volumes articulated by a double-high atrium. The ODYSSEY IBIZA screen, designed, manufactured and installed by LED DREAM, is the largest concave exterior LED screen in the world, with an area of 400m2. This screen is intended to be a unique and exclusive advertising support. A limited number of sponsors will illuminate the skyline of Ibiza, including Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza as the main sponsor (Main Sponsor).
Located in the most “in” area of the island, on the facade of the Hard Rock Hotel, next to the Ushuaïa Hotel and the Sublimotion Restaurant, the LED screen will broadcast 24 hours a day for 6 months from May to October. Siesta White House
Zuccherodesign Architects, in collaboration with the Dutch textile designer Antje Paul-Kessel from iDress, has created a pristine all white scenario for these extremely colorful textiles played out in various shapes and forms. The fundamental color palette is neutral and monochormatic. Pops of color are introduced trough the soft furnishing of the sofa pillows and curtains. The design and textile choices together bring an exciting statement of sophistication to this ultra modern house in Ibiza. More

Beck House Ibiza
This old existing small cabin, gently nestled in the Ibizian countryside, has undergone its own functional transformation evolving from its original agricultural homestead into its present use as a modern residential home for a German family. This project was undertaken with great care and concern for the sensibilities of the local surroundings, with an integrated goal of using local materials in order to enhance and preserve the overall inherent ambiance that is uniquely Ibiza. Local building techniques were employed to maintain the flavor of the region, while emphasizing the massive presence of sand stone walls, and creating various plot levels which anchor the pool and a monolithic mass façade of the double high wall.
