This project was born from the desire to rediscover what is already one's own.
The history of this house begins with an emotional and intelligent decision: to stay. Instead of pursuing the promise of a larger house, the owners chose to give new life to the one they were already living in. It was then that Marra Interiores intervened, approaching the project not only as a renovation, but as a complete rethinking of how to inhabit the space, from its functionality to its emotional resonance. This modular home in Seville is made up of two large volumes of two floors each, both linked around a central courtyard that acts as the heart of the home. A courtyard where we find the garden, the rest area and a spectacular swimming pool with a waterfall.
