Rehabilitació Escorxador Sitges

Built in 1920, the former Escorxador of Sitges — the town’s slaughterhouse — is an industrial building designed by architect Josep Maria Martino Arroyo in the early 20th-century Catalan Noucentista style. The building is included in the Municipal Architectural Heritage Catalogue, which shaped the terms of the intervention from the outset. Constantine Bouras Studio This project transforms an existing industrial building, which used to be a typography facility, into a hybrid live-and-work space, designed to accommodate both living and working needs within the same property, following the growing trend, particularly in urban areas.
