+ One More is a newly opened Cross Fit Center in the capital of Oman, Muscat. As the saying goes that there is never a second chance to make a first impression, anyone who enters the spacious reception area gets fascinated with its stylish design and the cafe bar where no one would resist the inviting smell of coffee wafting into the room. The transition between the reception area with the cafe bar and the sports hall is smooth and designed in a zigzag shape, resembling the dynamic lighting.  Another gem is the retail supplement that offers a great range of products too.  That composition of spaces has been done in classy design with an industrial vibe. A concept filled with sophistication and elegance, with nostalgic touches and using materials such as mahogany wood, polished bronze applications, burnished metal, and bone, immediately transports us to our center. The first electric tram in Bucharest was no.14, it went from „Uzina Electrică”. 125 years after, across the former power plant a new building is rising and the restaurant at the ground floor receives the name of the first tram lane. The project was approached as a food-court. Being large enough, several corners with specialized kitchens were created, offering a wider range of experiences based on the combination of design and cooking.It’s working as an alveolar mechanism, the zones are opened depending on the hours. From the story of "tram 14" not only the name was kept.
