HOUSE | CASA EN EL ENSANCHE
Located in the Ruzafa neighborhood of Valencia is this project of integral reform of housing. Casa en el Ensanche is located in a building of 1937 and the essence of the time is reflected throughout the house. With more than 120 m2 built, we faced a renovation project whose premise was to provide personality and modernity to the whole house while maintaining part of the original essence.
Bacon Studio
This essence has been preserved preserving the height and part of the original ceiling moldings. Also noteworthy is the kitchen area, where the original Nolla mosaic floor of the house has been preserved. Restored piece by piece and installed as a carpet that allows to delimit the space of the kitchen and living/dining room.

Reform of single-family house, in Ares
The Project is located in Ares, a coast town that belongs to A Coruña. It is about reforming an isolated single-family house, with a very characteristic slate roof.
The plot is elongated, with a steep slope that descends into the sea. Different platforms are generated in which the house and the pool are located.
In the lower area is an auxiliary building. The entrance to the house is produced by the north area of the plot.
It seeks to unify the house employing two materials that dialogue with existing ones, the wood and, the black aluminium, both indoors and outdoors.

AJ House
The owners want to break with a constrained and standard housing model for another adapted to their way of understanding and enjoying their home, without having to change their location in the city.
The creative process is based on the owners wishes wich will be the backbone of the final proposal.
The house proposal establishes a clear separation between the day area and the night area, which currently did not occur. The active social life of the owners, as well as their family dynamics invites us to design an open, bright day area with the possibility of adapting it to the needs and desires of each moment.
The night area is grouped and provided with greater privacy, hidden behind a large wooden box.
