A new coffee bar in an authentic corner building for coffee roaster Single Estate. The bar, designed as a long chef’s table made from black terrazzo, stimulates maximal interaction between barista and guest. The sleek design of the new interior combined with the authentic details of the existing building refer to Single Estate's focus on craftsmanship in roasting and serving coffee alike.  The 11-metre long barista's table, following the line of the facade, is the focal point of the space. With 2018 being the company’s biggest year to date, Lovehoney were keen to invest further in marketing and technology in order to allow the business to raise its profile in new geographies. The company therefore needed to expand their Bath premises and in doing so acquired Unit 3 at Locksbrook, a 6,000sq ft industrial unit on the River Avon. Looking to modernise this unit, Lovehoney called on Bath-based office design and build company Interaction to coordinate the fit out of their new space. Abdul Latif Jameel Investments Head Office The interior architecture and space planning for the new Abdul Latif Jameel Investments office in Jeddah, KSA, follows the branding guidelines of the company. The employee areas enhance company brand values with a design that emphasizes transparency and an atmospheric quality. The office concept consists of three main components: “the welcome area”, “the village”, and “the open workspace”. The welcome area features a customized display with corporate graphics about the history of the company and offers a reception area, waiting lounge, showcase and a customer meeting room. The client, a public institution in the Austrian region, Styria, needed a fresh concept for the History Museum’s permanent exhibitions and its entrance, housed within a significant historic building at Graz’s city center. The task was to present an enormous number of objects acquired since the Middle Ages and multimedia archives of the 20th century in an historic space that required careful treatment. The adaptation of the museum entrance required a solution that subtly enhance the entrance attraction of a previously very hidden and dark atrium.
