Must a villa always look like a villa? At B-too, we aim to create a unique and surprising experience for the observer, visitor, and resident. The villa on this former estate serves as a prime example.
Is it even a villa? Where does the villa begin? What is there to experience?

Miami Pool House
A successful Washington D.C. entrepreneurial bachelor had the vision to buy a historic home in Miami Beach, Florida. Built in 1937, this Mediterranean Revival estate was purchased at auction for $8 million, at which an additional $32 million was invested for a "renovation," putting his total outlay to $40 million, making it the most expensive "redo" to anyone's recollection in Miami history. One of the property's unique features is the pool house, a pagoda-like building reminiscent of the Katsura Imperial Villa in Japan. The Banker Wire woven wire mesh contributes to the design of the pool house as a foundation for luxury decor.

Cedar Grove Parking Garage
The Cedar Grove Parking Garage, located in Eagan, MN, is a two-level parking structure designed to accommodate the parking needs of the nearby Paragon Outlet Center and other developments. The architect of the Parking garage was RSP Architects.
From the City of Eagan’s website, “The architectural elements of the ramp are intended to respect the design of the outlet center using compatible materials and vertical elements, but not copy it. The design uses brick veneer exterior broken up by colored concrete panels with architectural expressions that are consistent with the vertical design of the outlet center while maintaining its utilitarian purpose as a public parking facility.
