Surrounded by the incredible mountains of the French Alps, in the town of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, the Alpen Chalet became the first large foreign project of our studio.The interior design of the chalet took us more than six months to develop. And during this time the project had several changes. Inspired by the materials, colors and elements of the Alps nature, we have combined the traditional techniques, used in the construction of alpine houses for many centuries, with the new technologies. A commercial project, it was necessary to do everything quickly and inexpensively. The total area of ​​the premises is 200 square meters. We increased the mezzanine - 40% of the area by standards, thereby increasing the total area. Due to this, two levels were obtained, not high, but their location does not interfere with the functioning of the room. In this room we organized a gym, a coffee zone, two changing rooms - a male and a female, two bathrooms, a relaxation area for regular customers and trainers, as well as a massage room. T&V Architects has designed the interior of an apartment in South Kensington, London, adopting eco-friendly strategies and natural materials. This was an initial design for a modern cafe with an interior we secretly refer to as “Cotton Candy”. The associations arise due to the dominance of velvety colors and carefully chosen furniture pieces. What especially captured our love was the dessert bar located right next to the entrance. We gave it a shape of an animated van. It perfectly communicated the emotional range of this place. Tens of little details represent the modern tendencies added to already existing associations. And yet, this design is not the final version. The clients gave favor to a more classical option. Stone Cross is an iconic grade-II gothic style manor house built in 1878, located in rural Cumbria, which was left to dereliction in 2001 until development began in 2018.   The project required a careful, consultative approach on how to respectfully restore and modernise this historic building. This family possessió, a traditional country estate, was originally built in 1878 and has remained in the same family ever since. Carefully renewed with respect for its agricultural past, the house now welcomes guests to experience the serenity and authenticity of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
