Gachu village is slowly on the verge of expansion, and due to the interest of non-native citizens to settle in Qeshm Island, Gachu will eventually be on the verge of uneven expansion. The incident that hit the coasts in the country's north is now creeping up in Qeshm Island. The presence and influx of capital to the region are creating unbalanced development. Like the whole of Qeshm, Gachu lacks gas, and there is a lot of wear and tear on the electricity network, so energy has been one of the main concerns of the design team. Hesar Villa is situated in one of the best-weather mountainous regions in Mashhad; one of the particular specifications of the site is its stretch from the top of the peak to the foot of the river with more than 20m altitude difference so that it enjoys a temperature difference for 4°C approximately. Villa Vira has been designed as a place for family’s weekends located in the vicinity of one of the Khoram Abad villages. In Addition to the specific client’s needs and requirements, the context was of paramount importance for the design team in the early stages of design.
