SPACES Wai Yip
Located close to the Kwun Tong waterfront, the commercial building is part of a larger urban development scheme which aims to turn the post-industrial district of East Kowloon into Hong Kong's newest central business district. FVA was asked to design the new Spaces's project office on the top of 12 floors which encourages collaboration and mentoring in a workplace that emphasizes health and well-being.The design team created a highly efficient plan and contemporary design that communicates Spacesworks's culture. Open and closed collaboration spaces offer scenic Hong Kong views and abundant natural light. SPACES Summer Hill
OVERVIEWSPACES Summer Hill is known as the very first SPACES project in Thailand. Located at the corner of Sukhumvit and Rama IV Road, Summer Hill is the new iconic-design lifestyle mall inspired by the elements of summer time against urban backdrop. Spaces Summer Hill is located on the top floor of this 3-storey mall. FVA has designed the office outstanding with the sense of Bangkoker and their unique lifestyle in neatness but tactics.
