The Sibeliuspark in Oss has been transformed from a neglected, underutilized green space into a welcoming, lively, and diverse 25-hectare urban park. Designed by KCAP as landscape architect, the project features a nature-inclusive, climate-adaptive environment that integrates over 400 new trees, diverse programming for all ages, and integrated housing developments. The Urban Ox Park, featuring a skatepark, pumptrack, and calisthenics park, now serves as the beating heart of the renewed Sibeliuspark.

De Piek, Rotterdam
KCAP's 74-metre residential tower for Heijmans Vastgoed transforms a former industrial site at the tip of Feijenoord Island into a catalyst for Rotterdam-Zuid's waterfront revitalization. Drawing inspiration from the area's factories, warehouses, and cranes, the 142-unit tower reinterprets industrial heritage through stacked volumes that reference shipping containers. Progressive housing typologies including waterlofts with private moorings, drive-in ateliers accessible via car elevator, and double-height skylofts offer panoramic views of the River Maas and city skyline while pioneering new residential possibilities for waterfront living.

The Reef at King's Dock, Singapore
KCAP's 429-unit development for Mapletree and Keppel Land brings the concept of an Urban Village to Singapore's southern waterfront: a thoughtfully scaled high-density community on the site of the world's former second-largest dock, where architecture, landscape, and public space generate a strong sense of place and collective identity. Central to the design is a floating pontoon that functions simultaneously as recreation space and artificial reef, actively regenerating marine ecosystems beneath residential pools. Team with KCAP presents master plan for Keflavík Airport Area
The K64 Keflavík Airport Area Master Plan, developed by a multidisciplinary team led by KCAP, has been officially announced. The master plan outlines a step-by-step strategy for transforming the peninsula on which Iceland's main airport is located into a growth location for sustainable innovations.

Completion residential area Hogekwartier in Amersfoort celebrated
The completion of the Hogekwartier neighborhood in Amersfoort was celebrated this month. The district with 820 homes is located on either side of a busy approach route between the city center and the highway. KCAP is responsible for the urban plan, the buildings were designed by different architects.

The district lies on the border between the post-war urban extensions Liendert and Schuilenburg and should give an impulse to the upgrading of these two neighborhoods, KCAP reports. To soften its location on a busy traffic road, a higher 'neighborhood axis' has been realized, creating a flyover junction. Through traffic goes down, local traffic stays up.

Amsterdam’s iconic Droogbak building transformed into a 21st-century office space for a prestigious law firm
An iconic 19th-century building next to Amsterdam Central Station, Droogbak has been transformed into a 21st-century office space for the law firm Clifford Chance. The design was undertaken by KCAP as architects with interiors by Fokkema & Partners.
