Situated in the peaceful residential area of Vypin, Ernakulam, this east-facing 14-cent plot provided an ideal foundation for a thoughtfully designed four-bedroom home. Surrounded by neighboring houses, the challenge was to create a private retreat that fosters openness, maximizes natural light, and promotes excellent cross-ventilation, blending comfort with sustainability. Althaf, IKSHA STUDIO The ‘LEVEL ONE’ house is a four bedroom residential home located in Kollam, Kerala. The plot is just 500m away from the coast along the busy Priyadarshini Road with a strong monsoon influenced climate. The home is designed for a business couple and their three teenage daughters.
