The Forest by Sanjay Puri Architects “replicates a dense tree”

“The Forest” is a high-density office project that is currently in development in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Designed by Mumbai-based Sanjay Puri Architects, the project’s form — a vertical tower — responds to existing rules that govern construction in built-up areas: the ratio of permissible built-up area is nine times the plot area. Technology Store in DRC

The place sells different types of technology products. The section selling electrical products in this place has been privatized by emphasizing it with the ceiling design. The columns in the space are designed as vertical shelves and the ceiling is continued with arches in order to establish a relationship with the ceiling.In order to contrast with the linear design on the ceiling, the furniture on the floor was designed as a solid mass.
