BCN Wood Base
With a warm and welcoming appearance whilst not looking imposing whatsoever, the BCN wooden base is available in a white and black design and this wooden stool brings a certain degree of warmth into a family home. It can also be a welcome addition to a business’s premises. The legs of the BCN Wooden Base are made out of solid wood but have a beech effect.
As a result, it is very sturdy. With rubber feet that are the same colour as the seat which help to keep the stool firmly in place, the result is a very stylish appearance. Designed as a hotel and office in a garden, the project at Upper Pickering Street is a study of how we can increase the green replacement in a highrise development in the city center and multiply it in a manner that is architecturally striking, integrated and sustainable.
Located in central Singapore, the site is at a junction between the CBD and the colorful districts of Chinatown and Clark Quay, and faces Hong Lim Park. A contoured podium responds to the street scale, drawing inspiration from a combination of landscaped bonsai arrangements that are modelled, chiselled and spliced to mimic natural landscapes and mountain rock formations as well as that of the contoured padi fields of Asia. Blio shoe rack
Neuland, Paster & Geldmacher have created the natural development of the Blio storage unit. Blio was designed a year ago as a collection of modular storage units in MDF with a white lacquered finish. The various units can be assembled to create a highly customised bookcase. The two designers decided to create a space for keeping shoes: therefor, the birth of Blio Shoe rack. It is a height-adjustable shoe rack unit with shelves in metal, with a push–pull door to give it an elegant line. The Blio Shoe rack can stand alone or can be combined with other units. More

Rama Chair
The Rama chair is the latest product developed by Kristalia. Its evocative Spanish name Rama, meaning “branch”, already reveals the main feature of the product, i.e. the predominant presence of wood. The chair features a multi-plywood structure supported by an almost invisible frame in pressure die-cast aluminium and solid wood legs. The chair will be presented at the Salone del Mobile di Milano. It will be the first product of a future series featuring different versions and finishes. The project, by the Ramos Bassols studio, was love at first sight, or rather, at the first e-mail. Elephant Rocking chair
When thinking of retirement, many people imagine sitting in a rocking chair in front of a fire.
Perhaps it was the same idea that inspired the two designers of the Neuland, Paster & Geldmacher studio when they developed Elephant Rocking Chair.
This rocking chair is a development of the renowned Elephant chair by Kristalia. In 2012, the chair won the Interior Innovation Award in the “best of the best” section.
The chair is welcoming and comfortable. The rocking version has a frame made entirely of solid wood, which excellently contrasts with the structure in polyurethane or entirely upholstered in hide.
“This is just a start”, commented the two designers when presenting the chair. New finishes and surprises are on the horizon! More
