The Noble
The Noble offers 360 apartments in an amenity-rich building in Northern Liberties.
The Noble is a 13-story, L-shaped residential tower located at the southern edge of Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties neighborhood. The project is directly adjacent to SEPTA’s Spring Garden Station and serves as the gateway of an emerging district connecting the Northern Liberties and Old City neighborhoods.
The Noble is the first phase of what will eventually be a four parcel, mixed-use, pedestrian centric development. Vertes Retreat by WOVEN Architecture and Design embraces the Sunshine Coast of Canada
Perched high above a pristine lake on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada, the L-shaped form of this family retreat by WOVEN Architecture and Design appears to hug its rocky surroundings.

In response to the northern rainforest climate, a large roof overhangs both the wings, providing generous covered outdoor space. Inside, skylights are present throughout the length of the interior circulation of both wings of the house while large openings frame views of the lake and the rocky landscape beyond.

Nowy Werdon
A well thought-out design breathed new life to the building arrangement in the Nowy Werdon housing estate in Ruda Śląska. It effectively combines features that seemingly exclude each other.Features creverly combinedIn the place of the newly designed buildings stood the so-called familoks (a type of house for many families) that represented traditional Silesian architecture. They were demolished in 2016. A new design assumed a reference to the old buildings that are an inseparable part of the region’s identity. The outcome is a building that successfully combines the features of good architecture, reference to the tradition and is a breath of fresh air among nearby buildings.
