La Capital

La Capital is a mixed-use project with an apartment building and commercial premises that was conceived as place of transition, recreation and rest for pedestrians who travel between Macroplaza and Fundidora Park. The project maintains the importance of pedestrians and the community that uses Paseo Santa Lucia and integrates a housing complex not only not affecting the environment but generating the benefit of keeping the area with a high influx of visitors, conveying a natural surveillance by and for the entire community.
