CR JL Lake House
Set on a steeply sloped site along one of the branches of the Ibiúna reservoir, in the countryside of São Paulo, Casa CR JL emerges from a careful reading of the existing topography and landscape. The project is structured around the pronounced terrain slope and the strong presence of water, which become defining elements of the architectural concept. From the outset, the design sought not only to adapt to the site, but to transform its natural conditions into spatial and landscape potential.

Indian Lake House
When husband and wife retired Metropolitan Opera performers Rob Maher and Deborah Allton-Maher sought to create a relaxing weekend escape in the Adirondacks they looked to PJCArchitecture, whose founder they had previously worked with both at the Opera and on the renovation of their former Upper West Side home. Following Rob and Deborah’s directive to create a comfortable home that engages with its surroundings and provides plenty of space for entertaining, PJCA artfully constructed a three-story, 1910-square-foot house with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, as well as a separate 158-square foot boathouse with a third bedroom. Residential Dry Below Deck
Situated overlooking an Alpharetta, Georgia Lake in an upscale neighborhood, plans for this beautiful residence included a new dry-below deck and pool addition.
The lower deck had not been used to its potential. Once the new pool was installed, that lower deck would become a much-desired poolside entertainment area. In their search for a waterproof solution, they found the perfect product to enhance the upper deck and keep the lower deck dry – Duradek.
