Designed by Erwin Kleinsman Architect and StudioDad (Paul Wolters), Storax installed movable sunshade louvers for the new construction of the Hoffmann Group in Hengelo-Borne, commissioned by Droste Bouwgroep.

The façade design for this sustainable building is based on a simple principle: to bring in as much daylight as possible without direct solar heat. Therefore, Storax equipped all glass façades with Icarus louver sunshades that respond to the current sunlight on the specific façade via a weather station.
