Ebbisham Drive, Ashmole Estate
Ebbisham Drive transforms a former garage site within the Ashmole Estate in Lambeth, London, into 15 affordable rented homes. Located on a quiet private street, the development completes an established cul-de-sac and contributes to the urban character of the area.
The scheme provides one-, two-, and three-bedroom dual-aspect homes, including three wheelchair-adaptable units and five family townhouses, supporting a mix of household types and inclusive living. Arranged across two and three storeys, the buildings reflect the scale and rhythm of the surrounding terraces, sitting comfortably within the existing neighbourhood.

St Margaret's Preparatory School
St Margaret’s Preparatory School is an independent primary school founded in 1946. The main building is a converted, red brick coach house and stable block dating from the 18th century. This Grade II Listed property was once part of the estate of Gosfield Hall, a former Georgian mansion set in 10 acres of manicured grounds and parkland.
Oliver Perrott

For this we pursued a gullwing roof design that maximises light and height, while affording an open plan without supporting columns.
