Modern villa with thatched roof
On a beautiful plot in a wooded dune area near Vlissingen stands this luxury villa, designed by BNLA architects. The villa is characterised by a white plastered main volume with a sleek thatched roof. The combination with the grey natural stone and the anthracite window frames give the house a modern look. The challenge in this design assignment lay in the programme. The aim was to create five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. BNLA Architecten designed a house with an extension on the side and back, without making it feel like an extension. Metsan Nexus
On the Asian side of the city of Istanbul, an architectural project comes out offering its glamour, upgrading with its presence the social level of the area. It concerns a composition of two imposing 36-storey buildings connected to each other by a cylindrical 19-storey building. It adopts a simple and linear design which is combined with pioneering features but without any sense of extravagance, despite its volume. Ska Villa
In Ikoyi, a district of Lagos, full of liveliness, a residence projects absolute balance between nature and luxury. The simple and elegant architectural lines in earthy and white tones, the minimal design and above all, the respect to the landscape and nature are dominant. Considerably large openings, which are covered by minimum visible aluminum frames and transparent glass surfaces, constitute the communication channel between the external and the internal environment. In a unique capital city, the one of the United Arab Emirates, commercial and professional activities coexist with recreation and luxury. Its style remains strict but highlights at the same time a construction full of luxury, with steady and rigid architectural lines. Visible concrete emphasizes the rigidness and lets the shadows play with the light on the facade of the building when the sun sets and the night settles. Akti Imperial Deluxe Resort & Spa
Overlooking the Aegean blue, the architectural canvas allows the synthetic choices to develop freely a synthesis that can create a special, kind of futuristic, hotel complex in Ialysos, Rhodes. Nine luxurious storeys are raised in absolute symmetry. The Greek elements appear in every single aspect, from the smooth curved moves that strive to sculpt the enormous volume of the building, to the combination of intense and vibrant colors of the natural flora and the earth elements. One Sixty Madison dominates the heart of New York's NoMad (North of Madison Square Park), with an impressive and at the same time "invisible" presence also, thanks to the huge glass mirror surfaces. High-quality curtain wall elements reduce urban noise infiltration, while at the same time they exude a unique feeling of freedom and connection to the external environment. The reflection of the surrounding buildings on its vertical surfaces causes a justified question about the actual existence of One Sixty Madison. This farm was originaly build as two adjoining houses. The owners asked us to make a plan to join the two houses into one big house. It wasn't just any renovation, some serious changes had to be made by breaking through the firewall. The owners already lived in one house, to make sure we weren't going to repeat functions, we updated both houses, to make a symbiotic home. Surrounding gardens are drawn into the building by adding a big glass wall on the southside of the design. Creating several lines of sight in the house and towards the garden. The result is a luxurious home which is ready for use. More

Mardan Palace Hotel
The Mardan Palace is a luxury hotel in Lara, Antalya, Turkey. It is considered Europe's and the Mediterranean's most expensive luxury resort.
It opened on May 2009 and attended by Mariah Carey, Sharon Stone, Richard Gere, Monica Bellucci, Paris Hilton, Seal, Tom Jones and the Kazakhstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev. Some well-known football clubs like Shakhtar Donetsk and Steaua Bucharest, 2011 and respectively 2012, were guests of honor.
