Miami Pool House
A successful Washington D.C. entrepreneurial bachelor had the vision to buy a historic home in Miami Beach, Florida. Built in 1937, this Mediterranean Revival estate was purchased at auction for $8 million, at which an additional $32 million was invested for a "renovation," putting his total outlay to $40 million, making it the most expensive "redo" to anyone's recollection in Miami history. One of the property's unique features is the pool house, a pagoda-like building reminiscent of the Katsura Imperial Villa in Japan. The Banker Wire woven wire mesh contributes to the design of the pool house as a foundation for luxury decor.

Nestled in the suburb of Khar in suburban Mumbai, House no. 12 is an idyllic space amidst the chaos and energy that surrounds Mumbai. The design brief from the client was to create a home that is suited for a young couple in their early 30’s with a toddler.
