Zaferanieh Residential Tower
The site for the Zaferanieh Residential Building is located to the North of the city of Tehran. It is situated amongst the green orchards of the Alburz mountains, at one of the highest urban altitudes and with a comprehensive view to the city. The primary design tenet is that the project reflect a level of luxury representative of the affluent residents as well as the high property value. The design objective was to create an integrative relationship between structure and context, and to optimize the site’s particular assets, including expansive views and green spaces. Launching the brand is the classic game of billiards, an emblem of leisure originating from the palaces of the bourgeois which has since become a popular sport across the generations. The first challenge of project, designed by Adriano Design, has been in recreating a product with such a long history but so little evolution.
