Located at Five Park Miami Beach—the 48-story residential tower by Arquitectonica at the gateway to South Beach—PS Apartment is a 3,014-square-foot (280-square-metre) residence designed and delivered by Nar Design Studio as a full turnkey renovation. Conceived as a tranquil second home for a young family from Brazil, the three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment is oriented southwest, capturing expansive sunset views across Miami Beach Marina, Biscayne Bay and the downtown Miami skyline.
