The Crosby at 300K St. NW is a 14-storey mixed-use luxury residential building located in Washington, D.C., designed by SmithGroup. This retreat home is located in Tumble Creek at Suncadia, which is a gated mountain resort community on the eastern slope of the Cascade Mountains about an hour and a half drive from Seattle.
