The Caspian House
The Caspian House is a study in turning constraints into centerpieces. Positioned along Westlake Avenue at the edge of MacRitchie Reservoir, the residence transforms its most challenging site condition - the adjacent Lornie Highway - into its most atmospheric feature. The rear façade is engineered as a solid acoustic shield, while a cascading waterfall screens urban noise through the constancy of moving water, cooling the air and defining the spatial mood of the home’s social heart.
