The project name says it all — if you read it correctly. "Fine" here does not mean adequate. It means exquisite. Every decision in this space was made with the same precision you'd expect from the finest boutique interiors, yet applied to a place most architects never consider with this level of seriousness: the garage.
The brief was clear. The vehicles stored here deserved a setting that matched their quality. The result is a private showroom that draws no attention to itself — and yet leaves a lasting impression on anyone who enters.

When it comes to designing chair frames, it is often the case that practical considerations lead the way. This is a pattern that, with Theia, Sebastian Herkner was looking to disrupt, turning the frame of this chair into its core aesthetic element.In this, his second design for Freifrau, his concept was to fuse the frame and the seating shell – not just in technical, but in optical terms, too. This is something he achieved by deliberately extending the frame into the back of the shell.

Polizei- und Justizzentrum Zürich mit PHOS
The new police and justice center for the canton of Zurich was built on the site of the former freight station in Zurich-Aussersihl. It brings together departments of the cantonal police and public prosecutor's office, the police school, the Forensic Institute of Police Science and parts of the Zurich District Court, which are spread across 30 locations, and adds a police and justice prison. New building project “Kleyers” Frankfurt with PHOS
The “Kleyers” new-build project in Frankfurt's up-and-coming Gallus district combines urban architectural language with modern fittings and generous living space. A high-quality residential ensemble with a total of 398 residential units will be built on the site at Kleyerstraße 82 by the end of 2025. The living space of around 23,700 m² will be realized in two construction phases: Construction phase 1 comprises 192 condominiums, while 110 condominiums and 96 subsidized apartments are planned for the second phase.
