The plot has an irregular elongated shape, developed on three platforms defined by stone walls. It was used for agricultural cultivation and had a small hayloft made of stone covered with straw, in ruin. It is located on the top of a hillside, overlooking the sea and the valley. The placement of the house was conditioned by the risk of danger of the southern terraces, and the configuration of the remaining terrace. It lands on the higher portion of land, facing south. The house is attached to the existing hayloft, at the ground floor level, and is developed on two floors.
