About This Renovation Renovating in NYC always presents challenges, but the Tribeca condo we fully renovated at 335 Greenwich St required a distinct transformation. Once an artist’s live-work studio, the open air space carried traces of past creativity—paint-splattered floors, an industrial layout, and a configuration that prioritized work over everyday living. Tribeca Duplex Penthouse

This duplex apartment in Tribeca offers breathtaking views of the Hudson River and the downtown Manhattan skyline. Our design sought to preserve the original layout’s open, airy feel while providing privacy for a family of four with two young children. To make the most of the panoramic city views, the layout is carefully organized along the perimeter, with storage and secondary spaces integrated into the apartment's core. On the lower floor, the bedrooms and family area are centered around a compact storage volume. On the upper floor, the entry, living room, kitchen, and dining area create an open, flowing layout, with the study and entertainment areas separated by a continuous storage spine. NYC Loft Renovation

Located in a historic downtown New York building, this loft has a challenging long and narrow shape, and the clients had a complex set of requirements: Both husband and wife work from home, they frequently entertain large groups, and they often have overnight guests. In addition to the kitchen, dining room, living room and master suite, the program included his and her offices, a den, a guestroom, a sitting/TV room, a second guest space, and space for a large book collection. The challenge was to accommodate all these functions within the tight 2,200-square-foot space. One side of the main corridor is defined by a solid wall that provides separation from the private rooms.
