A completely demountable office space
This space was modelled for a furniture manufacturer firm. The overall interior design together with the panelling system is demountable so as to allow for a further reassamblage.Having a support structure lacking in architectural and spatial value in particular, the project aims to highlight some elements to organise the exterior area, to wrap the space completely, establishing various connections with the patio and the exterior garden.In the proposal, the light, warm wood texture prevails, balanced only by the accents in the dark grey metallic panels, while the details of the furniture and the configuration of the light fittings bring substance in the space.The project proposes a working space for six people with a specially-designed rela... Like a hazy memory gradually becoming clearer, the twining, twisting organic forms of Assur - Seleucia seem to be rising up through a fine screen of uneven man-made lines. We see both conflict and harmony between the urban and the natural, creating an overall effect of ageworn tapestry. But here, the decorative motifs, based on leaves, petals and tendrils are emerging, not fading.
The colours of Assur - Seleucia are subdued and nostalgic, making them highly adaptable to a variety of interior styles. Non-directional installation saves time and reduces waste, and this durable, heavy contract carpet offers additional environmental benefits through its use of pre and post-consumer recycled material.

Assur - Nippur In this design, the distressed, grainy lines that partially obscure the emerging organic images in Assur - Eufrate, Assur - Seleucia and Assur - Tigri are now clear of interference. Yet their texture is still uneven and uncertain, creating a shimmering effect across the surface. So we have a structure, but one that’s softened by shading, and by a muted colour palette.
The subtle uniformity of Assur - Nippur lends an understated precision to floors in many situations – from offices and retail to hospitality and leisure. And its durability and practicality mean its effects will endure even in high-traffic locations. Fractured glass. Misshapen concrete. Cracked earth. The jagged lines and distressed surfaces of Lutetia bring all these images to mind. This is destruction and desolation in three dimensions – both natural and man-made. All the elements are damaged and tarnished. No longer useful, but still inspirational.
Dull, rough tones recall the colours of minerals and metals at different stages of corrosion. Over large areas, these are strangely attractive and highly adaptable, complementing many contemporary interior schemes. A composition of broken mesh symbolises the scorched, brittle, fragmented remains of urban architectural structures. Sharp, scratchy lines combine with soft, subtle shading in sombre colours. Berolinum shows how tidy geometry can be roughened and obscured to create atmospheric patterns and textures.
