The residence is located in the village of Markopoulo in Eastern Attica (Greece) near the Mesogeia Equestrian Club.The property is accessible by 28is Oktovriou Street.The area had become attractive since the opening of the new Athens International Airport in 2002, not very far away from the plot. The topography of the site was quite slopy, so we had to place the building on its highest spot, to ensure an unhindered view towards the sea (the bay of Pórto Ráfti).
