Palau Coral Club Resort
Palau Coral Club Resort is a 2 ha ocean facing former quarry and naval dock that is being sensitively repurposed to create a luxury resort comprising 200 hotel keys and luxury eco-villas. The design is inspired by the archipelago of the outlying island rock formations, the local Palau indigenous culture and the stratification of the quarry to create an integrated sustainable design solution that balances the man-made with the natural.

The design is built around three linear bays. One bay houses the bedrooms; the other two form the living core—an open-plan arrangement of living, dining, and kitchen. This setup allows uninterrupted sightlines, cross ventilation, and a direct connection to the gardens. Openings at each end frame views, turning the outdoors into natural extensions of the home.

Riverine City
Thriving and adaptive – Riverine City is a living ecosystem supporting sustainable progression at all scales.
A vibrant new city along the coastal front is strategised to advocate Well-being for All. The 4.4km Riverine City envisions a ‘Live-Work-Play’ decentralised urban framework for a dynamic mix of programmes at various distances and degrees. Supporting this is the holarchy systemic approach where strategies are simultaneously the whole and the part of the bigger picture.

Natura Gardens
The 30-acre Natura Gardens incorporates 10 acres of restored wetlands, striking a delicate balance between community needs and environmental responsibility. The restored wetlands became an opportunity to demonstrate how communities can serve as the custodians of scarce environmental resources. The site plan integrates the wetlands so residents can experience the seasonal changes of this essential ecosystem. To pay homage to the cultural history of living around wetlands, the community’s open space features several chickees, the thatched-roof shelters of the indigenous Seminole Tribe.
