Celebrating an icon of liberty and unification, the Essex County Justice Building is a testament to the legacy of the Reverend Dr Martin Luther King Jr. A place for the community to come together, the design of the building needed to be both functional and inspirational. The Press Apartments

The Press Apartments in Sacramento, California feature over 250 residential units and 8,000 square feet of retail space on its ground floor. Marc Ellis The complex's name is inspired by where it stands, on the former site of the parking garage of The Sacramento Bee. In keeping with the spirit of its location, The Press uses the bee as its symbol on signage, as well as an aligning color scheme. Custom Amber ALPOLIC finishe trimming the facade of this multi-use complex brings to mind the color of rich honey. Brotherton Cadillac opened its doors in the summer of 2023 to customers in the Shoreline, Washington area. The exterior of their beautiful showroom features ALPOLIC metal composite materials in finishes of CPW White and Mica Anodic Clear. In total, 162 sheets of cladding were used (131 of White and 31 of Mica), for an overall total of 14,500 square feet.
