La Marinedda Residence Sardegna

Currently under construction, the single-story A-frame structure is composed of two split volumes that form a sheltered outdoor courtyard while framing panoramic sea views. Locally sourced stone and materials enrich the purity of the design, seamlessly integrating the home into its natural surroundings. Casa Roverella
Casa Roverella is a villa created to embrace nature.
The house is located in Puglia, halfway between Ostuni and Cisternino, in the Valle d'Itria, an area that inspired the entire project. The main intention was immediately to seek a dialogue with the natural elements present on the ground. A large oak tree gave the initial inspiration that led to the entire house being structured around it, making it the true protagonist of the project.

Las 3 Marias enhances the character of a 1960s Spanish residence on the Mediterranean
This project by Bajet Giramé Architects aims to enhance, and exaggerate, the courtyard-house character of a summer residence from the sixties on the Mediterranean coast of Spain. From wide and sunny, to intimate and shady, the use of coves, topography, loggias and gardens offer a spatial continuum that blurs the lines between indoors and outdoors, providing a landscape of vitality and delight.
