A 3 tower development with the front tower housing larger exclusive residential units complete with a majority of the units having direct elevator access from their suite. This 10 storey tower along the waterfront framed with a 16 storey + 18 storey tower at the rear, defining a central outdoor courtyard space for the residents. Design of the towers takes formal cues from its context – the curving glass façade is a reference to the adjacent lake and provides for a dynamic/fluid façade, including the blue coloured glazing.   A rigid precast concrete panel framework anchors the glass volumes to the built form and contrasts the curving shape of the glass.
