NE 1.17 House +
NE 1.17 House+ renders a minimalistic and bioclimatic design that is situated in a beautiful residential area in the city of Larnaca in Cyprus. The main idea of the project was to create a warm and cozy dwelling for a contemporary family, a space carrier of multiple memories, that could blend nicely with the environment and be energy efficient throughout the year.

A|A HOUSE
The 220 sqm house is located in Herzliya, a quiet neighborhood in the Sharon district of Israel. The 3 story house intended for a young family (a couple with 3 kids).
The couple, who used to live in an apartment, commissioned me to renovate their 220 sqm house into a contemporary minimalist bright space for their family.
I used bright minimalist materials in my design as white steel, light concrete floor & light furniture.

During the life of a centuries old building, we are just a moment, a quick pass: our work, our signs have been added to those of our predecessors. Our purpose is to deliver a snapshot, a true picture of what we have done. New and old materials are kept exposed: concrete, iron, bricks, stone, wooden beams and planks. Everything is combined and composed by necessity, nothing more, nothing less.

SUPERCAR WORKSHOP
We were invited to design and deliver the refurbishment of a derelict workshop building in Hampshire to provide a headquarters for a British automotive company specialising in the servicing, restoration and racing of both modern and historic cars.
The clean and muted environment of the workshop provides a calm backdrop for the colourful array of supercars. Storage and parts are positioned on raised mezzanine areas to the side leaving a large double height area in the centre. A metal stair with cantilevered treads leads up to a break-out area at first floor, overlooking the work shop through a veil of timber louvers.
