The Beppu Kannawa Jigoku Onsen Museum is an immersive "academic entertainment" facility in Beppu, Oita, Japan, opened in December 2022. Conceived by design practice Tanseisha and architect Yusuke Okada, the museum takes visitors on a 50-million-year journey beneath the earth—following rainwater as it seeps through rock, heats underground, and resurfaces as Beppu's famed thermal springs. Starfield Anseong is a 240,000 m² outlet mall in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, developed by Shinsegae Property and Taubman Asia, with architecture and interiors designed by Benoy. Home to 280 tenants, it is the largest retail destination in southern Gyeonggi, conceived as an "urban retail village" embedded within landscaped gardens. At Kai Tak 6554, a premium residential development in Hong Kong, Zhenmei Metal supplied water ripple stainless steel panels for the ceiling installation.
