Casa Las Moras

This house located in the State of Mexico was operated entirely with the completion of the original project to suit the needs and tastes of their new owners. One of the first changes was to the reorganization of the public areas , leaving the first close to the entry and maximizing the views towards the gardens of the property. Public and service areas are fully connected to the outside and the various terraces and gardens surrounding the house. A completely new garden design integrating a covered terrace to the side overlooking the central lake was made . The lake is connected to a river... More

Hotel D’Luxe

For this hotel located in Mexico City simplicity and refinement are the words that best describe its atmosphere. The color palette selected is formed by neutral shades that enhance the texture of the materials and harmonize the space inviting the guests to enjoy every corner. Hotel Vivit

Creativity and interaction are the elements that valid the design of this hotel. Bold forms and intense colors create an interior design that provokes the guests to let loose into the exploration and enjoyment of all the senses. The main color accent is the headboard that goes straight up to the ceiling in a playful linear pattern. The same pattern was also applied in the night tables and some other details around the room, such as the stairs of the Jacuzzi in the suites. The chairs and table have organic shapes and may be moved in order to satisfy the guests’ needs or whims. The suites have two levels and taking advantage of the double height the different areas were distributed in a very playful but functional way. The lighting design was... More

Hotel Ixtla

Located in the municipality of Ixtlahuaca in the State of Mexico, Hotel Ixtla takes its name from the common word that the locals have given to this candid town. The name has Nahuatl origins and its meaning is: prairie, place with no trees. In the public areas: reception, restaurant and bar, the color palette selected has a combination of neutral colors white and beige with intense accents in red. This color combination was also used for the restaurant and bar linens. A wood screen with geometrical figures divides the areas adding the necessary privacy from the entrance hall. For the rooms a variation in the color palette was implemented changing the red for a lime green. The center piece of the room is the bed, framed with a... More

Casa JRQZ

The first phase of this project was the search because the client relied on our expertise to evaluate different properties to find one that not only satisfied their needs but also have the potential to be renewed according to their taste. The magnificent garden and excellent location tilted the balance towards this property as the most attractive.Although the house was built 3 years ago, it was necessary to make some modifications to the existing architectural project to adapt it according to the needs of the new owners. The main changes were moving the kitchen, as it needed to be much larger, the creation of an independent games room and the integration of a family room. The size of the service areas was also increased. The central element... More
