Mezanine

Bulwar Staromiejski (Old Town Boulevard) is a recreated part of Wrocław old city centre. The regenerated residential and retail development is placed by the River Odra, with a river view. It is a historical building that used to be the city hospital, which was built at the beginning of the 20th century. Tom Kurek One of the apartments designed in this development is 4.6 metres high. The interior design comprised the rearrangement of rooms and adding a mezzanine. The mezzanine is situated above the corridor, kitchen, bathroom, and part of the living room, and its structure is supported solely on load-bearing walls.
