Miami Residential Tower
VisionThe proposed high-rise residential tower for Miami is envisioned as a vertical sanctuary—a synthesis of fluid, white, and dynamic architecture that rises from the cityscape like a sculpted cloud. Embracing the same ethos of movement, light, and organic elegance as the art museum concept, the tower amplifies Miami's relationship with its coastal environment and cosmopolitan culture.

Veil House
In this architectural creation, materiality becomes poetry etched in stone, concrete, and steel. Muted tones weave a hushed symphony, while textured surfaces whisper secrets to fingertips. As daylight filters through carefully placed openings, patterns shift across floors and walls, crafting an ever-evolving sonnet of illumination. Volumes and planes find a harmonious balance of solid and void, inviting contemplation on the delicate interplay of light and form—a quiet ode to space.

Natura Gardens
The 30-acre Natura Gardens incorporates 10 acres of restored wetlands, striking a delicate balance between community needs and environmental responsibility. The restored wetlands became an opportunity to demonstrate how communities can serve as the custodians of scarce environmental resources. The site plan integrates the wetlands so residents can experience the seasonal changes of this essential ecosystem. To pay homage to the cultural history of living around wetlands, the community’s open space features several chickees, the thatched-roof shelters of the indigenous Seminole Tribe.

Miami City View Garage
IwamotoScott was commissioned by Dacra and LVMH Real estate to design the southern end of the City View Garage in Miami's Design District. Our facade design is adjacent to the central portion of the facade designed by the Los Angeles based artist John Baldessari, and at the opposite end to the north is a facade design by New York based architects, Leong Leong.

Sited along the edge of the Design District adjacent to I195, the building's facade has a strong presence from the freeway, and thus acts as a kind of billboard for the Design District. The main body of the building is a parking structure above a level of retail storefront and includes a small six story office block. IwamotoScott's portion of the facade w... More
