Chelak Villa
Si sangan villa is located on a site at the area of Si-Sangan region ,a special location between the forest and the sea. The most important issue that client request , was the privacy. In addition to this issue, the design team has paid attention to the relationship between the villa and the site, geometry, structure and vernacular architecture. The initial design starts with a square with 4 divisions, then the square boundaries are distorted so that the walls are organized on smaller squares diagonal. In this way,

Modern Islamic Home Interior Design
A modern Islamic home features the best of both the contemporary aesthetic and Islamic traditions. It is the best possible amalgamation of these two sensibilities, and CAS expertly managed to capture it all in the interior design and decoration of this home in Muscat, Oman. White Modern Islamic Villa Exterior Design
Islamic building exteriors have always been renowned for their meticulous and symmetrical geometry, whereas modernity is represented by stark surfaces and clean lines. The CAS design team artfully merged these two aspects in the design of this white modern Islamic villa exterior design in Jeddah, KSA. The intricate mashrabah’s are framed by elegant pointed arch windows, and the tall order of the entrance is designed in the image of the ‘iwan.’ However, the traditional aspect of this villa exterior is balanced out with the clean geometry and austere white color scheme articulated with stone.
