The "MriyDiy" School is located in a new micro-district developed on the site of the former "Polyaron" plant, which had long ceased its operation. This area had been neglected for a considerable time and required revitalization.

During the planning of the new quarter, the Lviv City Council imposed a requirement on investors to include a full-fledged school within the boundaries of the quarter.
The architects facedn the mission to make the new micro-district more attractive, and the school was envisioned to breathe life into the residential development. PRIMARY SCHOOL ON SWIDERSKA STREET IN WARSAW
SECOND PRIZE IN A NATIONAL ARCHITECTURAL COMPETITION

The designed building will form a fragment of the frontage of Świderska Street on the axis of Ćmielowska Street. The scale of development and the intensity of development on the plot will be gradually reduced as it approaches the valuable natural riverside areas.

The main entrances to the school and kindergarten will be emphasised by intimate entrance squares. In addition to their utilitarian value, they will have social functions (meeting places, markets, festivals).
