Merchants‘ Club, Vilnius

This office building is situated in the central part of Vilnius, near the main National Lukiskiu Square. It comprises three buildings: the new business center with an underground parking facility, the Empire-style building from the early 20th century designed by architect Michail Prozorov, and another building located in the yard. The modern and reconstructed wings are connected by a large atrium featuring a water pool. The KS Glove  building project originated from a complex spatial challenge, encompassing legal building regulations, efficient space utilization, and creating a high-quality environment for users. The design approach went beyond simply fulfilling office functions, extending to creating an architectural ecosystem where the building could "breathe" itself, promoting well-being for users and the surrounding context. E.H. Office

E.H. office consists of 1000 square meters on the 25th floor of a 42 storied office building in the Anatolian side of Istanbul. One of the main goals of the design is to create dynamic office employees instead of still, and fluid spaces. For this reason, working and meeting areas outside of the stationary spaces such as the kitchen, storage and IT room that are gathered around the core, are connected to each other and to these supporting spaces with a path.
