INDUSTRIALISED HOUSE IN BARCELONA

Industrialised house in Barcelona, designed entirely to measure for a family of four who were looking for a functional and spacious layout, designed to enjoy life in the outdoor areas.   The house is located on a plot of almost 1,500 m² and has a built area of 396 m² distributed over two floors. Casa La Pista

Nestled within the serene expanse of northern Greater Buenos Aires, an 800m² plot in a private residential enclave presents a defining singularity: its adjacency to only one neighbour along one of its longer flanks. This exceptional condition sculpts a dwelling with two principal facades, deliberately exposed with clarity to both the street and a vast adjacent green space, establishing an immediate dialogue with its surroundings. A modular house with 230 m² with a modular pitched roof. “The exterior finishes of the house are presented as a contemporary reinterpretation of the materials commonly used in this type of construction in alpine environments.
