DRD HOUSE
Located southeast of the city of Morelia immersed in a residential area located a few steps from one of the main avenues that connect the city, the DRD house is located. The house arises as a result of the need of the clients, dentists by profession, to project, to build and inhabit a residence totally adjusted to their needs.

Unified spatial concept accented with Mexican craftsmanship at Santomate
In the city of Morelia, Mexico a 19th-century colonial-style construction that integrates 3 different properties via a central patio with a great variety of vegetation forms the basis of new restaurant concept Santomate by Daniela Bucio Sistos.

The three spaces that now form the restaurant are almost monochromatic both inside and outside to avoid the distraction that comes from a variety of textures and materials. The range of colours selected - right down to the bathrooms - is inspired by shades of green, blue and yellow, which are found in the region's glazed pottery.

JH House
When we started developing this house, we wanted to explore the architectonic and sensorial possibilities offered by a patio, containing small, nestled forests, Almost in the same way we did it in our last project. However, our client had a very specific request: he wanted us to develop a 250m2 house on a 285m2 piece of land, leaving only the remainder 45m2 available for the patio we were looking for.

Mercado La Cantera
When we began to work on this project, the client showed us a warehouse of 8.00 x 40.00 meters, located two blocks from one of the most important music schools in the country, the former convent of XVI Century Dominican nuns of Santa Catalina de Siena, and one of the most beloved, beautiful and visited squares in Morelia: Las Rosas.

MK House
When we first envisioned this house, we imagined a small, silent forest of red oaks, and how that silence would be broken by the wind rustling the foliage on trees and the sound of footsteps on wood. This forest would be nestled in a patio, evoking the architecture of the old houses of the city. The patio would be enclosed by four volumes composing the house.

JA House I The house that hides behind the hill
JA House, or The House that Hides Behind the Hill, is a project that we imagined from the very beginning as a discreet, slight horizontal line highlighting the sky and the mountains in the background, with the latest sun rays draining in between.

We had to keep the main facade timidly hidden from the eyes of those circulating the streets of the Santa Barbara glen. We wanted the house to be so intimate and silent that only suggested its own presence, avoiding any presumption, exaggerated exhibition, or the typical ostentation of the place where it is located. Its black stone interiors pretend to emphasize the roof and highlight that horizontal line on which the sun, the sky, and the mountains peacefully rest.
