Matbaq Villa
The proposed design, harmonizing with the sloped landscape, inspires the contemporary villa "Matbaq" - a modern homage to the famous palace. This structure is more than just a residence; it is a multigenerational home creatively designed to accommodate two families.
One of the challenges is the intelligent use of the site's depth without compromising access routes, which is elegantly achieved - the villa opens onto terraces in a series of layers. In response to the harsh climate of Shahrak, the villa's designers emphasize privacy and connection to the outdoors. The jacuzzi, a haven of warmth and tranquility, is discreetly placed at the lowest level of the yard, maintaining a connection with the open air while preserving the space's privacy... More
