Clubhouse Apartment

The focal point of this apartment is the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. We designed a compact island, a spacious dining table for 6-8 people and a cozy seating area for friendly gatherings. Ilya Ivanov Ilya Ivanov Ilya Ivanov In contrast to the spacious common area, the bedrooms are compact. To maintain a sense of openness, cabinets with transparent fronts and dark back panels were chosen, and most of the furniture was raised off the floor with brackets or elegant legs. The wall colors in these rooms are intentionally darker than in the main space - dark surfaces appear further away than light ones. This creates a smooth transition from brighter areas to darker ones without noticeably reducing the space. Ilya... More

multimedia chapter house

The "Medienhaus Kapitelsaal" is in the historic center of Salzburg, directly under the Fortress in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The starting point for the intervention was an event hall that no longer corresponded to the state of the art and had to be adapted into a multifunctional media house. Julian Höck Julian Höck The approach was to leave the historic building as intact as possible. Nevertheless, the external appearance is inviting and transparent, and the visual relationships to the urban structure are to be established. Inside, the suspended ceilings of the existing hall were removed to be able to add another floor. These are suspended from the existing concrete girders on tie rods and the concrete ceiling was... Multi-purpose Rooms

In addition to offices and workspaces, a large office building also needs some recreational/multifunctional spaces. These can be used as refectories, event spaces, display areas, etc. Philip Braem To keep this client's multifuncional spaces as flexible as possible, Skivn (S, M and L) was used in one space and Linear (1 and 2) in the other. These lighting fixtures are perfect for all possible uses of the space. Philip Braem Both spaces were fitted with a bar/kitchen by the client. To accentuate these and give them a luxurious look, we chose to work with the Stoal PET baffles. The PET baffles were placed side by side with large gaps between them to maintain the open feel of the space. Philip Braem More

Iquest Office Interior Design

The basic idea of the project is that the working environment needs to be an optimistic space, positive and diverse, that people identify with and that offers the freedom to choose their most suitable way of getting the job done. The workspaces are efficiently organized to use the natural light equally and is completed by pieces of furniture and plants that improve the feeling of the work environment. This being a completely modernized 1970-s industrial building, the structure was left exposed and emphasized by contrast of the new elements. The geometrical pattern of the floor is counterbalanced by the shapes of the drywall ceiling, that lets your sights peer through to the full height of the space but at the same time keeps the clusters of...
