These guiding principles shaped the form and programming of this multi-unit residential project located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The building was designed to address more than the basics of dwelling such as eating and sleeping, but also provide an environment to enjoy and thrive.

The MIL Campus is a high-end rental apartment project located on the site of the former Canadian Pacific Railway yard in Montreal’s New Outremont neighborhood. Situated within the University of Montreal’s (UdeM) campus, the design of the different buildings enhances the sense of connection to the academic landscape, while offering residents easy access to nearby parks, bike paths, and the Outremont and Acadie metro stations.
