Natural oak

A spacious apartment in a classic prefabricated building in a Prague housing estate was not only in an unsatisfactory technical condition, but also the layout was illogically designed. The first step was to merge the living room with the kitchen and move them to the southwest facade with a loggia. The apartment was further complemented by a second bathroom accessible directly from the bedroom closet. The master bedroom is unobtrusively accessed through a closet from the vestibule, it has absolute privacy. The high quality of the materials used, the subtle colour scheme and the emphasis on quality artificial lighting have made this classic apartment in a prefabricated building a pleasant place to live. This 110 square meter apartment is characterized by a series of large openings that give excellent lighting to the rooms.Upon entering you are greeted by a wooden wall that diagonally invites you to turn your gaze to the unique environment consisting of kitchen, dining area and living room. The climate system sits under the raised Floor of this historical building. This way, the old style elements are kept visible. Design and build went along at this project, wich is unusual.
